What are the Big 3 Media's cancellation policies for a testimonial video?
If you need to cancel your testimonial video project with Big 3 Media, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. This gives us enough time to reschedule the shoot with another client, if possible. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled shoot date, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not show up for the shoot without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the project.
For special projects or events, Big 3 Media may have additional cancellation policies. These policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
